ACE Competition - Randy White
Randy White competed in 2025 at the ACE tournament and finished with a bronze medal for his Dak Bulgogi Mundal, served with radish salad and pan-seared garlic ginger chicken.
Impacto Award - Crystal Perez
Member of the Impacto ERG and recently won the Impacto Award for her impact on the students and the community.
Scholarship - Rose Quintero
In 2025, Rose Quintero was honored with an endowed scholarship for Hispanic nursing students at LCU.
